1. General Policy

At Mumbai Web, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality web design, development, and digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Website Design & Development Services

Due to the nature of digital services and the substantial work involved in website design and development, refunds are generally not provided once the project has commenced. However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • If no work has been initiated on your project, a full refund may be issued.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • If the project has been delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to our fault and no resolution has been reached.

3. Domain Registration & Hosting

Domain name registrations and web hosting services are non-refundable once purchased, as these are third-party services with their own terms and conditions. Domain registration fees are paid directly to domain registrars and cannot be recovered.

4. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing services are ongoing processes. Refunds for these services are evaluated based on the work completed and results delivered. If you wish to cancel an ongoing SEO or marketing service, please provide at least 15 days notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us in writing. Upon cancellation:

  • Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed.
  • Any advance payments for uncompleted work will be evaluated for a potential partial refund.
  • Ongoing services such as hosting and maintenance will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your project details and reason for the refund request. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
